Orders for Monday delivery must be placed by 3:00pm on Friday.
Orders placed after this cut-off time, including over the weekend, may be scheduled for the next available working day.
All delivery dates are subject to availability and operational capacity.
While we aim to meet all requested delivery dates, we cannot guarantee specific dates or time slots unless agreed in advance.
If we are unable to fulfil your selected delivery date, we will contact you to arrange the next suitable alternative.
Deliveries are not guaranteed on bank holidays.
Orders requested for a bank holiday or the following working day may be scheduled for the next available working day.
For example, orders placed over a bank holiday weekend may be delivered from Tuesday onwards, depending on availability.
Deliveries are made during standard working hours unless otherwise agreed.
AM/PM or timed delivery slots may be available on request but are not guaranteed unless confirmed at the time of booking.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the selected delivery date allows sufficient notice in line with the above cut-off times.
Incorrect booking dates may result in delays to delivery.
